Dr. Sharon Deng, O.M.D., Dipl.Ac, L.Ac

Dr. Sharon Deng completed her medical training in China in 1982.  She served on the faculty and as a physician of the Affiliated Hospital in Hubei University of TCM, and also conducted research in Guangzhou University of TCM specializing in biochemical technigues for diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases.  After coming to the United States in 1988, she joined the faculty of New England School of Acupuncture, Massachusetts, while also practicing acupuncture and herbal medicine for the AIDS Care Project and the Detoxification Program, as well as her private clinic in Boston.

Dr. Deng moved to California in 1996.  Since then she has been a faculty member and clinical supervisor of Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine, South Baylo University, and Alhambra Medical University, along with having her own private clinical practice.  She is known for her thorough and effective approaches in internal medicine, gynecology, and pain management.
